You’ll be working with lye (sodium hydroxide) and making a batch from scratch, then pouring into 4 (4 ounce) soap molds.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"289\" data-end=\"695\"\u003eWe’ll suit up with apron, goggles, and gloves, then weigh and mix our oils. Next you’ll make your lye solution, and while it cools, you’ll pick your scent and your clay color. Once everything is ready, we’ll blend it all together, stir in your clay and scent, and pour your soap into the mold.
